Use the online booking system below. Log in with your member number (found on your invoices) and surname.
A non-member booking must be signed by a member. Download the non-member booking form, have a member sign it, and it will then be considered.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required with all bookings. Payment is by Direct Deposit & EWAY only.

These booking rates are valid from 16 March 2026 until 15 March 2027. GST is included in all rates. Full member rate tables are available in the password-protected Members Area.
Check-in is from 12 noon on your arrival date. Check-out is by 11 am on departure. Staying at Yalara requires a member's approval.
In summer, weekly bookings exceeding $1,800 receive a 50% reduction on all money owed above $1,800.
Discounted children's rates apply under Booking Rule 19. Please provide school/class details or ages when booking.
